个人简介 |
苏静,副教授,硕士生导师,Fruit research期刊青年编委,入选云南省“兴滇英才支持计划”青年人才。主要从栽培生理和分子角度解析苹果和葡萄等果实糖酸等内在品质的形成与调控机制。主持国家自然科学基金1项,“兴滇英才支持计划”青年人才项目1项,云南省农业基础研究联合专项1项,西北农林科技大学作物抗逆与高效生产全国重点实验室项目1项;近五年,在Plant Physiology、Journal of Integrative Agriculture、Biotechnology for Biofuels、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules和果树学报等期刊发表论文9篇,其中以第一作者发表SCI一区TOP论文5篇,国内核心期刊2篇,获国家专利1项。 代表性项目如下: (1)苹果果糖激酶基因MdFRK1调控果糖含量的作用机制研究,国家自然科学基金,主持; (2)葡萄液泡膜转运蛋白VSWEET2.1在果实糖转运与积累中的作用机制研究,“兴滇英才支持计划”青年人才项目,主持; (3)苹果E3泛素连接酶MdCacyBP在果糖代谢及含量调控中的机制研究,云南省农业基础研究联合专项,主持; (4)自身启动子驱动MdFRK2过表达促进干旱胁迫下苹果维管发育的机制研究,西北农林科技大学作物抗逆与高效生产全国重点实验室项目,主持 代表性论文如下: (1) Su Jing, Jiao Tiantian, Liu Xi, Zhu Lingcheng, Ma Baiquan, Ma Fengwang, Li Mingjun. 2022.
